Open a return procedure
Before opening any return procedure, please refer to the general return and warranty conditions below.
Product problem under warranty period: : Attach the return notice as a guarantee. The cost of return of the product is on your charge. The return of the repaired or exchanged product is on the charge of phoneglassexpert.com
Product error: : You have received a product that you did not order. The return costs of the product(s) is on the charge of phoneglassexpert.com and refunded upon receipt of the product error if the error is proven.
Unsuitable product: : You have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period beging from the receipt of your product. If the product is returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled, it will not be returned. The cost of return of this product is on your charge.
Defective Product: : You have received a defective product. The return costs of this product is on the charge of phoneglassexpert.com and refunded upon receipt of the defective product if the defect is proven.
Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging, set in a shipping carton or bubble wrap. The return notice must be enclosed within your return.

Damage made during your repair is under your responsibility (damaged connector, torn sheet, glass marked with a round scratch caused by reversal of screws ...).
Any product returns regarding a warranty will be forwarded to the technical service. PhoneGlass Expert reserves the right to accept or refuse the guarantee.

To open a return request, please follow the procedure below::
Click on "orders" at the bottom of the page.
Then go to order"DETAILS".
After that, you will have to choose the concerning product by the return. once you have chosen the product concerning, please inform us the reason why you want to send the product back to us, then click on "return the product".
Then, you will have nothing to do than wait for our validation. Your return number and status will be displayed.
