Terms and Conditions
The present "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" apply to legal transactions relating to products marketed to its customers by Phone Glass Expert Europe within its virtual store.
The following words or expressions have the following meanings:
Internet Store: refers to the Phone Glass Expert Europe website where the Products are displayed and sold to customers.
Order: means the sales contract between Phone Glass Expert Europe and the customer of the Phone Glass Expert Europe webshop.
Product sheet: refers to the classified information concerning a product provided by Phone Glass Expert Europe when the product is put on sale in its internet shop.
Products: means all the goods and services offered for sale by Phone Glass Expert Europe in its internet shop.
Service: means the sale of Products by Phone Glass Expert Europe to the customers of its internet shop.
Transaction: refers to all operations, secure processing, authorizations and agreements relating to the payment of the price of Products ordered by credit card.
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the terms and conditions that Phone Glass Expert Europe offers and sells products to its customers.
These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, except prior, express and written waiver.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, these terms and conditions of sale and expressly accept them without reservation.
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Phone Glass Expert Europe and its customer, the two parts accepting them without reserve.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS
Most of the products offered by Phone Glass Expert Europe to its customers are immediately available.
However, not all products marketed by Phone Glass Expert Europe may or may not be sold online.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER
Automatic registration systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
Phone Glass Expert Europe will confirm to the customer the acceptance of his order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that he has communicated. The sale will be concluded only from the sending of said order confirmation.
Phone Glass Expert Europe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order of the customer, particularly due to insolvency of said customer or due to a failure to pay the Order in question or a previous delivery or an issue over the payment of a previous order.
Customer is the only responsable person of all the details he inputs while making the order. Phone Glass Expert Europe can not be held responsible for errors committed by the customer in the mentionning of the address of the recipient of the order (delivery address, billing address) and delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the ordered products due to customers errors.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
After confirmation of the order and subject to perfect payment of the price of the products ordered, Phone Glass Expert Europe undertakes to send to its customer the products ordered at the delivery address. Shipping times are 24 hours from receipt of payment.
All the products placed with Phone Glass Expert Europe are intended for the personal use of the customers or the recipients whose name is mentioned at the address of delivery.
If applicable, the customer agrees to pay upon receipt, all taxes, duties, taxes and other present and future charges ; Phone Glass Expert Europe does not hold any responsability in such case.
Delivery will be made by carrier company chose by Phone Glass Expert. Packages are delivered in mailbox and we are not responsible for the theft in your post box or the maintenance of your post box. The parcels are scanned by your usual postman at the time of delivering. No refund will be given if the parcel is indicated as delivered by carrier.
Our delivery rates are equal to those of the post office.
In case of late delivery exceeding seven (7) days, the customer may, if he wishes, and except in case of force majeure, cancel the sales contract by letter with an acknowledgment of receipt. This right must, however, be exercised within sixty (60) working days from the date of delivery initially provided for in the contract.
Upon receipt of the ordered products, the customer or the recipient must check the good functioning of the delivered goods, and be aware of its conditions of use appearing on the provided instructions of use.
In case if one or more of the products ordered are missing or damaged, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations with the carrier. You have 48 hours following receipt of the package to declare a claim (via the "Contact" section on the site). After this period, no claim will be admissible in case of dammage during transport.
By opening your phone you automatically lose the manufacturer's warranty.
Except the products mentioned ORIGINAL, our products are compatible products.
In case of apparent defects, the customer has the right of return under the conditions provided in the instructions for use.
For reasons of availability of the products ordered, an order may be the subject of several successive deliveries to the customer.
In case if the customer would like the ordered products to be delivered to two different addresses, it will be necessary to place two separate orders.
ARTICLE 6 - RETURN
The customer has a period of 14 days except service (repair package) from the receipt of the products ordered to return to Phone Glass Expert Europe against exchange or refund. In this case, the customer will have to return the new, intact products, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Phone Glass Expert Europe undertakes to refund the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the return costs.
The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days.

ARTICLE 7 - PRICES
The price is indicated in euro.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include the costs related to the transport.
The price indicated in the confirmation of order is the definitive price including all taxes and the VAT. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, transportation and commissioning costs.
ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmed by Phone Glass Expert Europe.
The price of the products is payable in cash by one of the means of payment proposed on the site the day of the actual order.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the secure bank payment center confirms the transaction and, if applicable, after acceptance of risk assumption by the insurer.
ARTICLE 9 - CLAUSE OF RESERVE OF PROPERTY
The company remains the owner of the goods delivered from the day of delivery until full payment of the full sale price, the risks of the goods nevertheless is upon the recipient, as soon as he receives the order.
The establishment of debt security obliging the payment (bank draft or other) is not recognised as payment until the full amounts are received.
Therefore, in case of non-payment, the company is entitled to take back the ordered goods at the expense of the recipient.
This clause is an integral part of our general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions of sale are subject to France law.
ARTICLE 11 - LIABILITY
Phone Glass Expert Europe can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material or non material, malfunction or improper use of the Products.
The responsibility of Phone Glass Expert Europe will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order. In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the customer and Phone Glass Expert Europe reserve the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution.
For business customers, the Commercial Court of Rennes is the only competent, whatever the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
ARTICLE 12 - Warranty
In any case Phone Glass Expert Europe can not be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulations and laws in force in the country of reception. The responsibility of Phone Glass Expert Europe is systematically limited to the value of the product involved at the date of sale without recourse to the brand or the company producing the product.

Phone Glass Expert Europe offers, together with the legal warantee, a commercial guarantee of 3 to 12 months in the event of an unexpected disfunction (the duration of the commercial guarantee is indicated on each product sheet). This warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling (dammage, torn sheets, ...) or theft.
Reply: within 24 - 72 hours.
ARTICLES 13 - LEGAL INFORMATION
The information of the personal information collected for the purposes of the distance selling is obligatory, this information being essential for the treatment and the routing of the orders, the establishment of the invoices and contracts of warranty. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the Order.
In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés", the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).
The customer has (Article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him within Phone Glass Expert Europe. In addition, Phone Glass Expert Europe undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or with counterpart, the details of its customers to a third party.
ARTICLE 14 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE REPAIRING PACKAGE
In case of loss or theft of your phone during delivery, we promise to refund your phone up to 400 euros or return you a identical phone on several conditions:
1- presentation of your proof of deposit
2- after the results of the postal reserach (between 15 and 30 days)
3- after receiving the notice of blocking the phone by the operator.
The insurance only covers phones that have been sent in a sealed or taped box, it does not cover phones sent in kraft or bubble envelopes. The phones are insured for 400 euros in case of loss or theft, when they are sent from our service, or exchanged identically. The 6-month warranty on repairs does not apply to phones that have been oxidized before or after the repair. We are not in any way connected to the phone manufacturers: once your phone is opened by you or by us, you lose your manufacturer's warranty and we guarantee repairs or spare parts by our own services.
Opening a phone can cause data loss. We can not be held responsible for any loss of data. We strongly advise you to save your data before entrusting us with your device.
