Open a return procedure

A return process is opened via the contact form, indicating the order number:

Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging, set in a shipping carton or bubble wrap. The return notice must be enclosed within your return.

Any product returned must be in its original packaging, inserted in a cardboard box or a bubble shipping envelope. Your order number must be written in indelible ink on the shipping box.

Any damage caused during the repair is your responsibility (damaged connector, torn cable, window marked with a round scratch due to reversal of the screws, etc.).

It is important to return the product to us with a tracking number. The package should not require a signature upon receipt. It must be possible to drop it in our mailbox. Return costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of € 6. Proof must be sent to us.
