Shipping your package

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Shipping time :

Packages are dispatched the same day if the order was placed before 3 p.m (Monday to Friday) and at the latest within 24 working hours. We remind you that the working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Delivery time :

All delivery times are indicative. Phone Glass Expert Europe cannot be held responsible for the delivery time. This responsibility lies with the carrier you choose when confirming your order.


The carriers are responsible for the delivery as well as the delivery time while Phone Glass Expert Europe is responsible for the shipping time (delivery time of the order to the carrier chosen by the customer).

The customer is responsible for clearly indicating his surname / first name (indicated when ordering) on ​​his mailbox as well as for the maintenance of his mailbox. For tracked parcels / letters deposited in the mailbox, we are not responsible for thefts committed in your mailbox or for the maintenance of your mailbox. The parcels / letters followed are scanned by your usual postman of the local post office at the time of the deposit in mailbox. No refund will be given if the package is indicated as delivered by the carrier.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Track your package

You can also view your tracking number in your order details. The tracking numbers will be indicated there 24H to 48H after reception of the payment.
